1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the visa concierge service (the “Service”) offered by Trove Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“outbound”), you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.


2. Services

Outbound provides a visa concierge service to assist visa applicants. The Service includes:

• Assistance in visa application forms and submissions

• Scheduling visa-related appointments

• Conducting mock interviews to prepare for the visa process


3. Fees and Payment

Outbound charges a service fee for the provided assistance. Payment methods and terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to Outbound and submitted in your visa application. Outbound does not verify the accuracy of the information provided and will not be held liable for any inaccuracies or omissions.


5. No Legal Immigration Advice

Outbound is not a law firm, and our services do not include legal immigration advice. We provide non-legal administrative support only. For legal advice, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney.


6. Limited Liability

Outbound disclaims any liability for damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to delays, disruptions, application denials, or inaccuracies in the information provided.


7. Term and Termination

Outbound reserves the right to unilaterally terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. Outbound also reserves the right to terminate the transaction if, in our compliance review, we deem the applicant to pose a significant compliance risk, including but not limited to involvement with unlawful activities. The agreement will continue until terminated by either party.


8. Intellectual Property

Outbound retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Service.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.


10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement must be submitted for mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) in accordance with SMC’s Mediation Procedure in force at the time.


11. Data Privacy and Security

Outbound is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. We adhere to industry-standard practices to safeguard any personal or sensitive information collected through the Service. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.


12. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Service, Outbound, or the experience of other users.


13. Security

While Outbound maintains industry-leading security practices to protect user data, we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from client-side breaches, such as lost passwords. Users are encouraged to safeguard their login credentials and promptly report any suspected security issues to Outbound.


14. Refunds

We are happy to offer a full refund of our service fee if we have not started preparing your application. However, any government fees paid are non-refundable, in accordance with government policies.

If preparation has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of our service fee. This partial refund applies only to end-to-end services provided by outbound, which include document assistance, fulfillment, and visa processing. Please note that U.S. Interview Appointment Services do not qualify for this refund.

Important Note Regarding U.S. Interview Appointment Setting:
This service is limited to scheduling your appointment, and we do not have control over the outcome of your interview, the accuracy or completeness of your documents, or other visa requirements. Therefore, the 50% refund policy on visa rejection does not apply to the U.S. Interview Appointment Setting service.


Falsified Information:
outbound reserves the right to deny any refund if the client has knowingly provided falsified information.


15. Confidentiality

Any information shared between the User and Outbound deemed confidential, or provided under circumstances surrounding disclosure which ought to be treated as confidential, shall be treated as such by both parties. This includes but is not limited to proprietary business information, financial data, and technical specifications.


16. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Outbound is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information provided by you, including personal, financial, and business details, will be handled with the utmost care and discretion. We have strict protocols in place to ensure that your information remains confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Our commitment to privacy extends beyond the duration of our service relationship, ensuring that your data remains secure at all times.


17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outbound, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.


18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outbound regarding the Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other agreement or policy, these Terms shall prevail.


19. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Outbound reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
