No, you can enter Cambodia at any time within your eVisa’s validity period, which begins on the arrival date you select during application. Note that the visa's validity and your allowed stay are different.
The eVisa is valid for 90 days from the approval date, but you can stay in Cambodia for a maximum of 30 days during this period.
