The e-visa is typically processed within 3-7 business days. To avoid delays, especially during peak travel times, we recommend applying at least 2 weeks before your trip.

Yes, you can apply for an e-visa even if you don’t have a specific address. You may provide a general location, or use a hotel or accommodation reservation if you have one.

Travel insurance is not a requirement when applying for a Vietnam e-visa. However, it is highly recommended for your safety and peace of mind during your trip.

If your application is rejected, you’ll be informed of the reason. We’re here to help you fix any issues and reapply.

If your visa is denied due to mistakes in your application, you will not need to pay another government fee. However, if you need to reapply due to a rejection for other reasons, a new fee may be required.
